Responsibility includes the below:
Engage actively and document Client’s core business processes.
Conduct gap analysis
System installation, configuration, data migration and testing.
Provide user training and support.
Coordinate with Technical team on solution design, testing and optimising the customised modules.
Provide technical support to the sales team. Proactively communicate with all stake holders and complete tasks as per agreed timeline.
Work closely the managers & leadership team in achieving the organisation goals and objectives.
Deliver functional training sessions (prepare materials)
Take active part in the first line support to customers.
